Sanitation is a key component in farm and food production. Still, we have still increased our focus on personal and workplace sanitation and social distancing in the work environment. We have also secured additional outside cleaning and sanitation services and support to keep our all employee lunches as safe as possible.
We are working with our employee schedules as they care for themselves and loved ones: minimal impact at this time.
We are keeping in close contact with transportation partners in affected areas and will alert if anything changes. Fortunately FedEx really seems to be stepping up to keep standard expectations in effect while also taking on some of the larger cargo movement that has been met by passenger airlines.
FedEx: Normal schedule with few or no interruptions. See the the FedEx website for current service updates. If you use an alternate carrier, they should have similar information available
Air Cargo: As domestic travel decreases, we see daily changes in pricing and availability. Please allow additional time for orders that ship by air cargo. We will always do our best to keep you abreast of changing schedules, available airlines and costs.
USDA/APHIS VS Certificates are taking 4 days to process. If your country requires a government certificate, please allow extra time between placing your order and receiving it.
FedEx: Normal schedule with few or no interruptions. See the the FedEx website for current service updates. If you use an alternate carrier, they should have similar information available. FedEx has implemented a new, air freight program that we have access to. You may notice a shift to FedEx door to door delivery in areas where it is available and cost similar or more cost effective.
Air Cargo: We are experiencing less space availability as well as a sharp increase in prices. Please allow for additional time for securing.
