Note: Subscription items must be checked out separately from regular items since they are shipped separately. You will not be able to put subscription and regular items into the shopping cart at the same time.
Subscription orders are shipped at various times throughout the month and can be affected by inventory availability.
We have created flat-rate subsidized subscription shipping options to minimize shipping costs for our repeat customers in the US. Please note that subscription orders can only be placed for US shipping destinations at the current time. Please contact us about setting up a subscription order for other locations.
Note that a $5.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any subscription orders that are canceled after credit card processing has taken place.
Customers can edit their subscriptions and view past subscription orders on the Subscription Management Page.
If you have trouble adjusting your subscriptions or you need to make changes to an upcoming order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make the changes before your next order is shipped.
